Echo Flow is a Drupal and WordPress studio in Metro Vancouver, based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.echoflow.ca. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your contact details for marketing. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails today.
We use trusted providers to run the site, and they process data on our behalf:
Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as needed for the project and our legal and tax obligations. We delete unconverted enquiries after 24 months.
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. We do not show a cookie banner today.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Email info@echoflow.ca and we'll reply within one business day. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
